Bring Your Ideas to Life
ALIC For Individuals
ALIC @ Bessemer is built for adults seeking practical, hands-on technical education that fits into their lives. Learners can take individual courses or stack them over time to earn industry-designed microcredentials. These credentials represent the achievement of in-demand skills tailored to real workforce needs and open doors to new opportunities and increased earning potential.
Starting in Fall 2025, courses offered through ALIC @ Bessemer will be college credit-bearing for the first time. With learning outcomes assessed and verified through measurable outcomes, these credits will be recognized by Allegheny College and may transfer to other institutions as general education credits. On a case-by-case basis, they may also count toward specific associate or bachelor’s degree requirements, making your time at ALIC even more valuable to both you and your future employer.
