Travis Deschamps provides strategic guidance and program-level operational planning for the ALIC @ Bessemer initiative, helping design and deploy the underlying infrastructure of this innovative technical education platform.  Over the past year, Travis has worked closely with manufacturers in Meadville and across Crawford County to gather feedback and align the ALIC @ Bessemer training curriculum with industry needs.  A seasoned executive and organizational leader, Travis brings more than two decades of experience across consulting, MedTech, and advanced manufacturing, with a track record of scaling businesses and driving operational excellence.

As President & CEO of The Hill Group, he advises organizations in life sciences, healthcare, and technical industries on strategy deployment, growth marketing, and process improvement.  He previously held executive roles at LivaNova PLC and CardiacAssist, Inc., where he led high-growth initiatives, M&A transactions, and global commercialization efforts.  With an MBA from Carnegie Mellon and certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt, Travis brings a systems-level mindset and a deeply pragmatic approach grounded in real-world success, helping teams build sustainable systems and deliver breakthrough results.
