Jenna Humes is a dedicated and resourceful administrative professional with a strong background in educational leadership, program development, and community engagement. She currently serves as the Office Manager for ALIC @ Bessemer, following three semesters as an Academic Building Coordinator at Allegheny College. In these roles, she has supported multiple academic departments and the Provost Council, ensuring smooth daily operations while contributing to strategic initiatives such as faculty development and institutional planning—first on Allegheny’s 4-year campus and now within ALIC @ Bessemer.
Before her current position, Jenna worked as the Assistant to the Administrator at Crawford Christian Academy, where she played a key role in organizational growth. She led major events and fundraisers and oversaw departments including admissions, finance, development, and marketing. Jenna also brings meaningful experience from the nonprofit sector, having held management and educational outreach roles with Rhodes Grove Camp, the Erie School District, and the Women’s Care Center of Erie County. Across these positions, she has demonstrated adaptability, strategic insight, and a people-centered leadership style.
Jenna holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Edinboro University and has completed graduate coursework in Public Administration at Liberty University. Her leadership is distinguished by a passion for community impact, creative problem-solving, and building strong, collaborative relationships across diverse organizational settings.
