Aaron Lenzi

Aaron Lenzi is an experienced operations management professional with 10 years of industry experience working cross-functionally in advanced manufacturing, supplier management, manufacturing engineering, and process improvement.  His experience includes the recruitment and development of a team of engineers and technicians supporting the manufacturing of advanced medical devices within a cleanroom environment across both diagnostic and therapeutic market segments.

Aaron has successfully executed numerous process improvement projects, including assembly fixture design and qualification, component design changes, lean process flow, and standard work, that have led to significant increases in production capacity, reduced scrap rates, and improved financial performance.  Additionally, Aaron led multiple supplier projects for the procurement of plastic and ceramic injection molded components, from the initial capital expenditure process, through design for manufacturability, and to final part qualification.

Aaron holds Bachelor’s degrees in Physics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.  He is currently pursuing Six Sigma Black Belt certification through the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
