Refund Policy
Requests for course withdrawal must be made at least 4 days prior to the course start date.
Participants making timely withdrawal requests will be eligible for a refund, less a 10% administrative fee. Registrants who are unable to attend may alternatively request course deferral, transferring an existing registration to the next available cohort.
Withdrawal or deferral requests made within 4 days of the course start date will not be honored, except in the case of extenuating circumstances, such as illness or family emergency, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Registrants who do not attend or otherwise fail to notify ALIC@Bessemer of their absence at least 4 days prior to the course start date will not be eligible for a refund. In the event of course cancellation by ALIC@Bessemer, all registrants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer registration to a future cohort at no additional charge.
