Tom Swanberg is a skilled manufacturing leader with over a decade of experience at Acutec Precision Aerospace. As Post Processing Manager since February 2023, Tom oversees eight specialized departments composed of highly skilled professionals. He is known for building collaborative teams, streamlining operations, and enhancing quality outcomes through thoughtful leadership and technical insight.

Tom began his journey at Acutec in 2015, taking on engineering roles focused on process development, continuous improvement, and cross-departmental support. His background includes a degree in Industrial Management and Technology from Northern Illinois University and leadership roles in student engineering design competitions. With a passion for both technical excellence and talent development, Tom brings a well-rounded perspective to training—one that bridges theory, process, and the human side of manufacturing.
