Scott Alward

Scott Alward is a skilled CNC programmer and machinist with more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, including deep knowledge of 5-axis and 4-axis machining. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Acutec Precision Aerospace, Scott leads CNC programming efforts across multiple machine types and has previously held roles in shop supervision and training.

A U.S. Navy veteran, Scott brings both discipline and enthusiasm to his teaching. He has prior teaching experience through Precision Manufacturing Institute and has conducted specialized shop training throughout his career. His mastery of Mastercam and hands-on experience with aerospace components make him a valuable asset to any technical training program.
