He facilitates dynamic process improvement initiatives, instructs hundreds of employees annually on statistical process control, and actively participates in regional lean manufacturing events.

Over his 15-year career, Lucas has demonstrated a strong commitment to training, safety, and operational excellence. His military background—ranging from Drill Instructor to Operations Chief—equips him with unmatched discipline, communication skills, and the ability to lead under pressure.
