Course Description

Your Leadership DNA is an engaging and interactive entry-level course designed for individuals ready to explore, embrace, and elevate their leadership potential. Whether you’re new to leadership, considering a leadership role, or currently leading without prior formal training, this course provides the foundational tools and self-awareness needed to lead with authenticity and confidence.

 

Course Content:

  • Begin your leadership journey with a DISC assessment to better understand your personal leadership style, communication preferences, and behavioral strengths.
  • Craft and present your “I Am” speech—an exercise in personal storytelling and self-expression to build confidence and clarity in your leadership identity.
  • Learn how to set meaningful goals, align them with your values, and build actionable plans to track progress and stay accountable.
  • Explore techniques for clear, intentional, and impactful communication.
  • Engage with experienced leaders from diverse backgrounds in a dynamic panel session; gain insight, ask questions, and gather real-world advice.
  • Wrap up the course by mapping your personal leadership development journey.
