Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Eligibility:
   Open to legal residents of Pennsylvania who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Allegheny College and Hill Group, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
2. Sponsor:
   The contest is sponsored by Allegheny Lab for Innovation or Creativity (AKA ALIC @ Bessemer)
3. Entry Period:
   The contest begins on July 12, 2025 at 9:00 AM EDT and ends on August 23, 2025 at 5:00 PM EDT. (“Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter:
   Enter to win at https://alic.allegheny.edu/chomp/, one entry per person per prize periods, prize periods will be clearly indicated on the website under: https://alic.allegheny.edu/chomp/#enter-to-win.
5. Selection of Winner(s):
   Winner(s) will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the weekly Contest Period. Winner(s) will be notified via email and/or text, dependent upon information supplied by entrant, on or about August 25, 2025.
6. Prizes:
   Weekly prizes with fair market value (FMV) will be listed on the campaign website:  https://alic.allegheny.edu/chomp/#enter-to-win.  All prizes valued under $400.00 USD.
7. General Conditions:
   By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability:
   By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or any prize won.
9. Publicity:
   Except where prohibited, participation in the contest constitutes consent to Sponsor’s use of entrant’s name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.
10. Privacy:
    Any personal information collected will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy https://alic.allegheny.edu/privacy-policy/.
11. Governing Law:
    The contest and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law rules.
