Focus on quality control processes, inspection methods, and standards in manufacturing.

 

Course Content:

  • Understanding ISO and other manufacturing standards
  • Techniques for performing part and product inspections
  • Overview of tools like calipers, micrometers, and CMMs
  • Importance of regular calibration and equipment upkeep
  • Conducting internal and external quality audits
  • Practical session on performing thorough inspections
  • Using statistical tools to evaluate quality data
  • Addressing and preventing quality issues
  • Exploring real-world quality assurance challenges and solutions
  • Methods to sustain and improve quality over time
