James Miale

James Miale combines decades of banking experience with a strong foundation in business education. He currently serves as a Vice President of Commercial Banking at ERIEBANK, managing a $70 million portfolio and advising businesses on financial strategy. Earlier in his career, James taught high school business education, covering accounting, personal finance, and computer applications.

Now also teaching Fundamentals of Business Leadership through the Allegheny Lab for Innovation and Creativity, James is known for his engaging, practical teaching style that draws on both classroom and boardroom experiences. His training empowers learners with financial literacy, leadership skills, and an understanding of business systems.
